What materials are Souper Cubes® trays made of?
All our trays are made from 100% food-grade silicone that is BPA-free, lead-free, and phthalate-free. The lids are made from high-quality, BPA-free plastic.
Are the trays oven and dishwasher safe?
Yes, the silicone trays are oven safe up to 415°F (212°C). Both the trays and the lids are dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. Please note that lids should not be placed in the oven.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international regions. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.
Will the silicone stain or retain odors?
Silicone is non-porous and resistant to staining; however, highly acidic foods like tomato sauce may cause slight discoloration over time. To remove odors, we recommend a deep clean using a baking soda paste or a brief bake in the oven at 350°F.
